The Fuzz Menagerie

	Curious and Krycek in one of those rare moments when Krycek was actually playing I sort of stumbled upon ferret ownership after someone "sort of" mentioned I'd like them. I'm so glad they did because these ferrets have brought so much to my life and I will always love and miss them!

	Agent Alex Krycek My lazy cuddling buddy Krycek was an amazing ferret!! I got him after loosing Digger because he seemed so exactly like Digger, and I was right! It got to be like where Digger ended Krycek started. All the memories of the two of them have faded together. I really miss the way Krycek could sit in my lap content the way a lap cat does. This is so not a normal personality for a ferret!! I hope someday I will have another ferret as sweet as my Kry Baby. Silly Kry that's not your baby carrier! Krycek Pondering life in the garden Miss Madeline Sockfeet with niecy Zoe. "Oh Missy Maddy, what a stinker you were!".Maddy was often called "Satan Ferret" by those who didn't really understand her. She was just so full of spunk and had a very bad habbit of nipping ankles. People just didn't realize that she was making up for being the only girl ferret in the house;) I think one of the things I miss most about this tiny litte girl was her attituded. If Maddy got pissed she'd hiss at you, over and over which we always thought was her way of cussing;) So in our house we had one ferret with the vocabulary of a sailor!! Not a day went by without her cussing something or someone out LOL!  Miss Maddy and Krycek at the park on a nice spring day! After Digger died I wanted to get another cage mate for Madeline so she wouldn't be lonely. I thought Krycek would be the perfect fit but I was sooo wrong! Maddy had no need for Kry and actually seemed to loathe him. After several attempts to kill Kry I knew Maddy had to have her own cage and play time. This of course made life a little harder but then out of no where and without any explanation Maddy decided to except Kry as a friend. I wish it hadn't taken her 2 years to come to this decision. But finally they became best buds! Kry and Maddy "I bet we look like wild ferrets!!"

	Curious enjoying a slight breeze Curious was rescue ferret that I only had for 2 1/2 years. He had health prombles from the get go. It started with Mast Cell tumors that caused so many skin irritations and there wasn't a day that Curious didn't itch from the rash he had. Unfortunately the medicine that he was given caused a worse problem which was ulcers. He managed to survive ulcer attacks on two different occasions but then finally claimed his life on the third attack. This little boy fought so hard though and I'll never forget is bravery and strength! What a sweetie he was! Daddy playing with Curious and Krycek and some odd stuffed ferret LOL!
